Colombia Dulima is a green coffee created in 2009 to honor indigenous history from Huila, Colombia. In order to ensure profile consistency and coffee quality, there is a very strict sensory analysis in place. The coffee comes from various smallholders in Central and Southern Huila, Colombia - from farm sizes ranging up to 1.3 hectares. Varietals include Colombia, Caturra and Castillo.
Delivering a delicious cup of Colombian Coffee takes a lot of effort from our farmers, and the families producing this coffee. Huila Coffee represents 18% of Colombian production and it’s always highly demanded and preferred by customers for their fine blends or as single origin for its incomparable balance of acidity and sweetness.
